Pay at the door for a single Saturday session. Good if your schedule is unpredictable or you're in town for a weekend. Drop-ins get whatever mat spots are left after pass holders.

Every remaining Saturday from now through Dec 31, plus January and February once the full schedule starts. Guaranteed mat spot at every session. This is for people who already know they're in. It's the only option that carries into the new year, and it's the cheapest way to train from now through February by a wide margin. Only 10 Founders memberships available.
what to expect
Warmups and movement drills for about twenty minutes. Then technique: Kendell shows a position, breaks it down, you drill it slow with an experienced partner. Ask questions.
At the end, experienced students roll live. First day you watch or keep drilling. Nobody throws you into a hard roll. You decide when you're ready, and that's usually a few weeks out.
Tapping is not losing, it's how the room stays safe. Tap early and often. If something hurts, stop and say so.
No one is good right away, patience and humility are the first lessons.
how to dress
Board shorts with no pockets, no zippers, no drawstring or buckles. Fight shorts or basic athletic shorts work. A t-shirt or a rash guard, snug is better than loose.
No shoes on the mat. Bare feet only on mats,
Trim your toenails, your fingernails and bring flip-flops.
Leave the jewelry, watch, and anything in your pockets in your bag. Bring water and a towel. A mouthguard if you have one,
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Get there at least ten minutes early. Shoes come off before you step on the mat, every time. Someone will meet you, take your name, and get a waiver signed. You'll get introduced to a few people. Nobody will ignore you and nobody will make a production of it.
If you show up after class has started, wait at the edge of the mat until Kendell waves you on.
At the end, help wipe the mats down. Everybody does it, it takes two minutes. Stick around and ask questions if you have them, that's usually when the best answers come out.
Shower immediately after class and wash your gear before you wear it again. Every session, no exceptions.
